Medi-Gel, The new bacta

is an all-purpose medicinal salve combining an anaesthetic and clotting agent used by paramedics, EMTs, and military personnel, produced by the Sirta Foundation. It heals various wounds and ailments, instantly sealing injuries against infection and allowing for rapid healing by having the gel grip tight to flesh until subjected to a frequency of ultrasound. It is sealable against liquids - most notably blood - as well as contaminants and gases. Technically its properties make it illegal under genetic modification laws, but the restriction, in this case, is ignored because of the product's beneficial properties.

Any item that uses bacta now uses medi-gel.

Medi-gel packet: a standard issue for soldiers in the field, costs 1000 credits otherwise. Make a treat injury check you, or the person its being applied to, is healed for the amount of the the treat injury check, if the last damage dealt to the target knocked them down the condition track and the treat injury check is higher then the damage dealt they are pushed one level up the condition track.
