Biotics Check: Use this check against anyone within a 3 square radius of the target. those that fail a fortitude defense check vs this biotic check will begin to float and will take a -5 to reflex defense, this check is made against anyone that isn't already under its effects and is within the target radius every turn for 1d4 turns when the power expires.
Special: User may choose to expend one Resolve point to increase the duration of singularity to 1d6 rounds.
