Prerequisites: Warp
Time: Standard Action
Target: one creature within 8 squares with line of sight
Make a Biotics Check: If you beat the target's will defense check the target is unable to move for a number of rounds dependent on how much you beat their will defense by.
1 to 5: The target cannot take any actions or any damage for 1d4 rounds.
6 to 10: The target cannot take any actions or any damage for 1d4+2 rounds.
11 to 15: The target cannot take any actions or any damage for 1d4+4 rounds.
Special: User may move one level down the condition track to add 1d4 rounds to the stasis.
Cooldown: 5 rounds
