exceeds the target’s fortitude defense, the target is knocked
back 2 square and suffers 2d6 damage.
Special: A resolve point may be spent to increase the distance thrown to 4 squares.
Cooldown: Once this talent has been used, it cannot be used
again for 4 rounds.
